Dindi

Dindi has eleven sections and eighty-two chords, and almost no dominants — only fourteen. It's the opposite of most bossas: nearly everything is major or minor, still, open.

And that's where the difficulty lies. With no dominant pushing, the player has to create the movement, choosing among nineteen different scales across nine tonal centres. A slow tune is where the wrong choice is most exposed.
